Auto Kerato-Refractometer
Automatically determines the Refraction of the eyes. This instrument is used to measure short or long sightedness and astigmatism. It also measures the curvature of the cornea. At Eyestyle opticians Ltd., the device can also detect early cataracts.
Bio-Microscope Slit Lamp

Tonometer
A hand-held to determine the intraocular pressure (IOP), the fluid pressure inside the eye. It is an important test in the evaluation of patients at risk from glaucoma or elevated ocular pressure.
Digital Pupilometer
This is extremely useful in the measurement between the two eyes. Spectacles that do not match this criterion can result in headaches, ocular pain or fatigue and can cause acute eyestrain.
Computerized or Mechanical Lens-meter or Foci-meter
An instrument to verify the prescription of eyeglasses or spectacles. Being a digital lens meter, the machine can also verify the power of contact lenses, prisms & accurate centration, especially for Progressive Lenses.
